Is it necessary to purchase an entrance ticket if I’m going alone or with my family?
No, there is no fee to access our facilities, but we recommend purchasing our Tastings in advance on our website if you wish to enjoy any of them. For visits by organized groups, please see the next question.

What are the regular opening hours for the shop, tastings, and museums?
From Tuesday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Sundays and holidays: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed on Mondays.

What are the regular opening hours for the restaurant?
From Tuesday to Saturday: 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Sundays and holidays: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Closed on Mondays.

I would like to receive information about the activities you offer. What should I do?
If you want to receive information about all our activities, you should send an email to casadelvino@teneriferural.org explicitly requesting to be added to our database. If you only want information about a specific activity, it will be sent to you without being added to the database or by accessing the corresponding section on our website.

How much time does it take to visit La Casa del Vino?
The facilities are extensive and contain a lot of information. You can do a brief one-hour visit to see all the facilities or spend half a day exploring our museums, native plant garden, the architecture of the house, strolling through the vineyards, tasting in our tasting room, and/or trying the cuisine of our restaurant Xarko.

Besides tastings, are there other activities available on the premises?
Yes, throughout the year, we organize activities related to wine and other local products, in the form of entertaining three-hour workshops. Do you provide assistance only in Spanish?
No, both our staff and the staff at Restaurant Xarko can assist you in English, French, and German.

Yes, we do. You can view our products at https://www.productosdetenerife.com/. However, currently, due to the different tax treatment of our islands compared to the rest of the EU, we only ship within the Canary Islands.

Can I organize a private event or a corporate event at your facilities?
Yes, almost all our spaces are available for rent for various types of events, both for private individuals and companies. You can also complement your event with a welcome or closing drink or with catering from our restaurant. For more information, please contact casadelvino@teneriferural.org.
